Thank you for viewing my fastpitch profile! My name is Myah Briggs I have been playing softball since I was six years old. I have always enjoyed the game and as I have gotten older it has gotten more and more exciting. I feel most like myself when I am doing anything softball-related, especially in-game. I want to play at the highest level achievable and I think hard work and dedication will get me there.
Currently, I am a sophomore and a 2x All-State, 2x All-Conference, 2x All-Region, and 2x All-District athlete. I think my work ethic sets me apart from many athletes. I am very blessed to have worked with high-level instructors including, Ehren Earleywine, Taylor Bartlett, Madi Gerlach (Norman), and Kirsten Mack.
Outside of softball, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. The bonds I have received from this sport are unforgettable. I also enjoy weightlifting and track and field. Last year I was a state qualifier in track. I think track and field has made me discover how rewarding running feels. I often run as an outlet outside of softball, along with weight lifting. These have both taught me discipline and dedication which I can utilize when it comes to softball. I want to pursue a graphic design/exercise science degree and hope to play at the next level in college.
